I have been taking 2 capsules a day for about 3 weeks or so and things have calmed down considerably. Not only that but my arthritis seems to have calmed down too, but I will have to see whether it helps the arthritis during the winter season. I had heard about peppermint oil's benefits but am truly surprised that all that was said seems to be true. I originally just tried it to sweaten my breath.
